For me, being underwater is where I find true peace and freedom; it’s the one place I can completely clear my mind. I want to share that feeling of weightlessness and letting go—especially with those living with disabilities. My goal is to show exactly what’s possible, regardless of the challenges life might bring.

For me, diving is so much more than just a hobby — it’s about freedom, peace, and seeing the world from a fresh perspective. In my role as a nurse educator, I see every day just how vital inclusion and genuine support truly are. At People of Diving, I can bring those values beneath the surface, helping people rediscover their joy and build lasting self-confidence.
To me, scuba diving means freedom and endless possibilities. During a project with Diving Planet Cartagena, I saw firsthand the incredible sense of liberation that diving can give to veterans wounded in service and others living with disabilities.
Those impressions have stayed with me since the very beginning of my diving journey. I am incredibly grateful to now be part of a project like this myself, helping to create that same sense of freedom for others.

Sharing my love for scuba diving in a way that truly matters is what drives me. Being able to help others have those life-changing experiences underwater is incredibly fulfilling — and it’s exactly why I’m so proud to be part of this club.

Diving changes how I see the world. People of Diving gives me the chance to share that transformation with others — and to walk alongside people as they discover their own path to a new perspective.

For decades, the calming silence of the underwater world has been my anchor. It’s the one place where everyday problems simply fade away, and the weightlessness allows me to recharge. I want to share this experience with people living with disabilities, helping them find that same sense of peace and strength.
